In order to develop advanced training of participants in the public procurement system from 05 to 07 July 2023. The Training center of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted a specialized course on the topic: "Rules of participation and submission of proposals in electronic public procurement" for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, in offline format with consideration of the following topics:

Legislation in the public procurement system. The Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Public Procurement" No. 27 dated April 14, 2022 and Preparation of proposals for electronic state procurement;
Preparation of proposals for participation in procurement: goods, services, works;
Work on the electronic public procurement portal (mechanisms for registering suppliers on the public procurement web portal; search for a tender; information about the tender; viewing procurement documentation; requests and clarification of procurement documentation);
The process of preparing proposals;
Requirements for participants in procurement procedures (qualification of suppliers; general and special terms of the contract; submission of proposals; guarantee of contract performance; draft procurement contract).
The training was conducted by Bazakeeva Zhyldyz Zhamanchayevna, trainer of the Training Center of the MF KR.

15 representatives of small and medium-sized businesses took part in this training.
